What we collect
When you contact or book with us we collect your name, phone number, email address, the address where we’ll be working, and notes about the service you want. When you pay online, your payment is processed by Stripe; we see the payment amount and status, not your full card number.

How we use it
We use your information to schedule and provide your service, send invoices and reminders, and contact you about your visits. We keep client records in our scheduling and customer software so our team knows when and where to arrive.

Who we share it with
We share your details only with the team members assigned to your visits and with the service providers that help us run the business — our payment processor (Stripe) and our scheduling and customer-management software. We never sell your information or share it for advertising.

Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We keep billing records as long as the law requires.

Photos
We only share photos of your home, such as before-and-after pictures, with your permission, and never in a way that shows your address or identifies you.
